Use your purchased apM e-Voucher to pay for an actual product order.
You can pay at the store or contact the store to pay remotely.
Before you pay

Log in to the apM Members account that holds your voucher.
•
Confirm the order and payment amount with the store.
•
To pay remotely, you must be able to contact the store directly through a messaging app such as WeChat or LINE.
Pay at the store
1.
Scan the apM Members payment QR code displayed at the store.
2.
Enter the payment amount.
3.
Enter your PIN to complete the payment to the store.
You can set your PIN when making your first payment.
Pay remotely
1.
Confirm the order and amount with the store, and tell them you will pay with apM e-Voucher.
2.
Get the store’s QR code image.
3.
Open the QR scanner in apM Members, choose [Upload QR], and select the store’s QR image.
4.
Enter the amount and your PIN. You can set your PIN when making your first payment.
5.
Tell the store you have paid and confirm directly with the store that they received the correct amount.
Communicate directly with the store to confirm the order and payment.

Payment review event
These payment instructions are separate from event eligibility. Check the payment review event conditions if you would like to receive a reward.
