Usage Guide

Vouchers can be used in sheet units.
•
If you are trying to use an amount that is larger than the 1-time usage limit, please divide up the quantity to be used before entering.
•
Where to Use Vouchers: Franchises in apM, apM Luxe, apM PLACE shopping malls
Usage Cancellation
•
You can cancel voucher usage within 7 days of the used date. You can cancel by making a request to the store where you used the voucher.
•
The payment will be canceled after deducting the value of expired vouchers.
Event Voucher Information
•
Event vouchers are given through events and cannot be purchased directly.
•
The expiration date for event vouchers differ depending on the voucher.
Purchase
apM e-Voucher Infomation
•
Vouchers can be used at apM Members franchises.
•
Vouchers can be issued and used through the apM Members app, and cannot be issued as paper vouchers.
•

•
Voucher Expiration: e-Vouchers can be used at the designated place of use for 5 years from the purchase completion date (based on when the payment was completed).
Purchase Method
•
apM e-Vouchers can only be purchased by members of apM Members who completed identity verification.
•
Bring the passport of the member who purchase and visit the apM e-Voucher Center.
Purchase Limit

The purchase limit differs depending on the payment method. For the limit-related inquiries, please contact the apM e-Voucher Center.
•
The monthly purchase limit is reset on the 1st of every month at 8PM.

Refend Precautions
Refund Information
•
Only apM e-Voucher that have not been used and within 7 days from the date of purchase can be refunded, and the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
•
Vouchers for which a refund request was made will be immediately deducted from your voucher balance.
•
The following vouchers cannot be refunded:

Vouchers that were restored after voucher usage was canceled
◦
Vouchers that were gifted to the member
◦

You can request and receive a refund after verifying your ID(Passport) at the apM e-Voucher Center.
