Settlement Guide

Settlement operations take place between 10:00 and 11:00 AM daily.

Receiving Settlements

You can only receive the settlement during the Settlement Center’s service hours.
Only the store owner or manager can receive the settlement.

How to Receive Settlement

The store owner or manager must visit the settlement center with the apM Members app and ID card.
Types of acceptable ID cards: Resident registration card, driver’s license (copies are not accepted)
Payments will be given after checking the QR code in Store Details > Settlement Report > Preview Settlement on the apM Members app.

Service Hours: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM(Only on shopping mall business days)
