Only apM e-Voucher that have not been used and within 7 days from the date of purchase can be refunded, and the amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
•
Vouchers for which a refund request was made will be immediately deducted from your voucher balance.
•
The following vouchers cannot be refunded:

Vouchers that were restored after voucher usage was canceled
◦
Vouchers that were gifted to the member
◦

You can request and receive a refund after verifying your ID(Passport) at the apM e-Voucher Center.
